The Repair Shop
Now through September, we can only do tune-ups on bikes bought at Martin’s Bicycle Shop. If your bike has a Martin's sticker on it—any year, any vintage—please schedule an appointment to drop off your bike. When you arrive with your bike, the service tech will assess what needs to be done and give you an estimate of when it’ll be ready to pick up. Routine tune-ups are typically done within 72 hours. Service that requires replacement parts or overhauls could take 1-2 weeks to complete.
If you need a simple repair (flat tire change, minor brake/shifter adjustment), call us before bringing your bike in, and we'll do our best to help get you back on the road. We're unable to accept bikes we haven't sold at the moment due to shop capacity, liability, and inability to source parts.

Replacement parts are not included in service package price. All repair rates are based on a shop rate of $75/hour. Minimum shop charge is $10.00.

Any new bike purchased from us qualifies for lifetime Martin’s tune-ups to the original owner. If anything doesn't sound or feel right at any time, bring it in and we'll take a look.

- Multipoint inspection

Includes everything in Level 1 plus:
- Remove and deep clean all drivetrain components
- Lateral and vertical wheel true
- Adjust wheel bearings
Level 3
Recommended every 100 hours

Includes everything in Level 2 plus:
- Disassemble entire bike and deep clean all parts
- Flush and replace hydraulic fluids
- Replace and reroute all cables and housing
- Replace all bearings
- Advanced wheel true
- Suspension linkage service (if applicable)
