Items bought in store or online may be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery if they're in perfect, unused condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt is required to return items bought in store.

To start a return for an online order, contact us at sales@martinsbicycleshop.com with your order number. If your item qualifies for a refund, we’ll send you instructions for returning the item.

Once your return arrives to us and is evaluated, you'll receive an email confirming we've received the item. If it's accepted for return, we'll process the refund and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Return Exceptions & Considerations

• All sales are final on nutrition and sale items.
• Indoor trainer and car rack boxes must be unopened to be eligible for return; return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
• All shipping costs are non-refundable.
